岗梅含漱液的提取工艺及处方筛选研究

         

摘要

目的 对煎煮法提取岗梅总皂苷和岗梅含漱液处方筛选进行研究.方法 以齐墩果酸为对照品,香草醛-浓硫酸法显色,用紫外-可见分光光度法在555 nm处测定岗梅总皂苷的含量.采用L9(34)正交设计法,考察提取时间、用水量、提取次数3个因素对岗梅总皂苷提取的影响,考察矫味剂、防腐剂、增稠剂三个因素对处方的影响.结果 最佳的提取工艺为提取时间1 h,用水量8倍量,提取次数2次.最佳的处方为矫味剂3 %木糖醇,防腐剂0.2 %山梨酸钾,增稠剂0.2 %羟丙基甲基纤维素.结论 岗梅的煎煮法提取工艺和岗梅含漱液处方经济、合理,质量可控.%Objective To study extraction technology of total saponins of Ilex asprela by decoction and formulation screening of Ilex asprela gargle.Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to measure the total saponins content of ilex asprela at the maximum absorption wave-length of 555 nm,with vanillic aldehyde- concentrated sulfuric acid as color reagent and the oleanolic acid as standard substance. The effects of extraction time, water consumption and the number of extraction on the total saponins extraction process were studied by the L9(34) orthogonal experimental design. L9(34) orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the effect of the formulation by the flavoring agent, the preservative and the thickener. Results The optimum extraction conditions were 1H with 8 times of water consumption and 2 times of extraction. The best prescription was 5% xylosic alcohol as corrigent, 0.2 % potassium sorbate as preservative, 0.2 % hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as thickening agent. Conclusion The extraction technology by decoction and formulation screening of Ilex asprela gargle are economical and reasonable, quality control.
