Objective: The chemical constituents of the essential oil from Thymus quinquecostatus Celak stems and leaves in Gansu Qingyang were studied. Methods:The essential oil was measured and analyzed from the stems and leaves of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak by sinfrared spectrometry.Results:The main chemical constituents of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak stems and leaves have certain differences.Conclusion:Infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of simple operation,fast speed,high efficiency and no pollution.This method can preliminarily study the chemical constituents of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak volatile oil.%目的:研究庆阳地椒草茎和叶挥发油化学成分.方法:对地椒草茎叶挥发油进行红外光谱测定和分析.结果:地椒草茎叶挥发油化学成分存在一定差异.结论:红外光谱法具有操作简单、速度快、效率高、无污染等优点,可对地椒草挥发油化学成分进行初步研究.
