目的:对佛山市某企业铅蓄电池生产项目中存在的职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施效果进行分析和评价,为卫生监管部门提供科技依据.方法:采用职业卫生现场调查,职业卫生检测和检查表分析法进行综合评价.结果:建设项目的选址和总平面布置、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品及应急救援措施等基本符合卫生学要求,该项目主要职业病危害因素有铅烟、铅尘、硫酸、噪声,铅烟CTWA为0.004~0.115 mg/m3,铅尘CTWA为0.004~1.021 mg/m3,硫酸CTWA为0.13~0.64 mg/m3,硫酸CSTEL为0.13~0.20 mg/m3,噪声为74.4~96.0 dB(A).结论:该建设项目的职业卫生防护措施基本符合国家职业卫生标准,但仍应加强铅和噪声作业岗位的预防和控制.%Objective To analyze and assess the occurrence of occupational risk hazard factors and preventive measures in the construction project of a rechargeable battery in Foshan and provide scientific evidence for the inspection by health administrative departments. Methods: The methods of field investigation health monitoring and checklist analysis were carried out. Results: The construction project could meet the hygienic requirements in the aspects of site selection, general layout, protective measures against occupational hazards, personal protective articles, and countermeasure of first aid, etc. The main occupational hazard factors existed in this construction project were lead fume (TWA), lead dust (TWA), sulfuric acid (TWA/STEL) and noise, with which the detection values were 0.004~0.115 mg/m3, 0.004~1.021 mg/m3, 0.13~0.64 mg/m3, 0.13~0.20 mg/m3, 74.4~96.0 dB(A), respectively. Conclusion: The occupational preventive measures basically accord with the requirements of national occupational health standards, and the measures of lead control and noise insulation should be strengthened and improved.
