建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定鱼肉中铍和锑的方法,样品加入HNO3+H2O2(3+1)经微波消解,使用ICP-MS进行测定,引入Li、In内标物质克服质谱干扰,并优化仪器参数.方法检出限分别为铍1.0 μg·Kg-1,锑1.4 μg·Kg-1,方法回收率在80.4 %~101.2 %之间,相对标准偏差小于5.87 %结果表明,用微波消解-ICP-MS测定鱼肉中的铍和锑是一种灵敏准确的方法.%To establish a determination method for detecting antimony and antimony in fish muscle by microwave-digestion-ICP-MS. The detection limit was 1.0 μg·Kg-1 and 1.0 μg·Kg-1 for antimony and antimony respectively. The recovery rate was 80.4 %~101.2 %, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was under 10 %. The method of microwave-digestion-ICP-MS was sensitive,accurate,convenient and rapid for detecting antimony and antimony in fish muscle.
