模拟干旱胁迫对苜蓿幼苗抗氧化酶系统的影响

         

摘要

Treatment of different alfalfa seedlings with different concentrations PEG-6000 osmotic stress,al-falfa seedlings with different drought resistance were studied the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity.The re-sults showed that the changes of peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity of 1 2 germplasms of alfalfa seedlings appears to increase first and then decrease.The 3 enzymes activity reached the maximum under the PEG stress of 5% or 20%.The order of drought resistance of 12 alfalfa varieties was analyzed by the method of membership function:WL168HQ>Tu Mu No.2>AoHan>Long Mu 100>Cao Yuan No.1>Long Mu 801>De Bao>Long Mu 803>Nong jing No.1>Huang Hou>Long Mu 806>Long Mu 81.%采用不同浓度的PEG-6000对抗旱性不同的紫花苜蓿幼苗进行渗透胁迫处理,研究了不同抗旱品种苜蓿幼苗的抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:12个紫花苜蓿品种的幼苗过氧化物酶(POD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,15%或20%的PEG下3种酶活性达最大值。通过隶属函数法分析12种紫花苜蓿的抗旱性顺序为:WL168HQ>图牧2号>敖汉>龙牧100>草原1号>龙牧801>德宝>龙牧803>农菁1号>皇后>龙牧806>龙牧81。
