3个薄荷材料芳香类化学成分比较

     

摘要

The leaves of Mentha piperita,Monarda didymal and Mentha citrata were used as experimental materials to determine the volatile compounds with solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results showed that there were great differences in the chemical composition of the main aromatic compounds in leaves.The main aromatic chemical constituents of Mentha piperita are myrcene (24.72%),D-Limonene (22.94%) and Beta caryophyllene (8.89%).The main aromatic chemical constituents of Monarda didymal were aremyrcene (22.75%),6-shogaol (14.11%) and trans-β-farnesene (7.88%).The main aromatic material chemical constituents of Mentha citrata are Beta caryophyllene (43.63 %),Copaene (4.68 %) and Ocimene (4.37 %).Beta caryophyllene,trans-caryophyllene,naphthalene and (-)-alpha cubeb oil were found in 3 species.%以胡椒薄荷(Mentha piperita),美国薄荷(Monarda did ymal)和柠檬薄荷(Mentha citrata)的幼苗叶片为试验材料,采用顶空固相微萃取(SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MC)技术对芳香物质化学成分进行检测,用峰面积归一化法定量计算化学成分的相对含量,比较种间芳香物质的差异性.结果表明:3个薄荷材料的叶片主要芳香物质化学成分存在较大差异,胡椒薄荷芳香物质化学成分有月桂烯(24.72%)、右旋萜二烯(22.94%)、β-石竹烯(8.89%);美国薄荷有月桂烯(22.75%)、姜烯(14.11%)、(E)-β-金合欢烯(7.88%);柠檬薄荷有β-石竹烯(43.63%)、ALPHA-蒎烯(4.68%)、罗勒烯(4.37%).3个薄荷材料共有β-石竹烯、丁香烯、萘、(-)-α-荜澄茄油烯4种芳香物质.
