JDDY grain & oil quality titration analyzer based on machine visual technology was used in the determination of paddy and maize fatty acid instead of manual titration. To evaluate the accuracy of detection of paddy and maize fatty acid, the fatty acid recovery was detected by adding linoleic acid standard solution into paddy and maize extract. Results showed that paddy fatty acid recovery was 99.5℅~107. 3%, and maize fatty acid recovery was 96.1%~105.7%. Paddy and maize fatty acid found by titration analyzer and added exhibited a good linear relationship; correlation coefficient r=0.9993 and 1.0000, respectively, moreover, it had good calibration range. JDDY grain & oil quality titration analyzer could satisfy with the requirement of quality determination of paddy and maize fatty acid.%采用基于机器视觉技术的JDDY型粮油滴定分析仪代替人工滴定进行稻谷、玉米脂肪酸值的测定.通过添加亚油酸标准溶液测定稻谷、玉米脂肪酸值的回收率,验证采用滴定仪测定稻谷、玉米脂肪酸值的准确性.实验结果表明,稻谷回收率在99.5％～107.3％之间,玉米回收率在96.1％～105.7％之间,滴定仪对稻谷、玉米的测试值与理论添加值之间具有较好的相关性,线性相关系数分别为r=0.9993,r=1.0000,具有较宽的测量范围,能够满足目前稻谷、玉米试样脂肪酸值指标的品质检验要求.
