彩钢板屋顶高大平房仓仓顶喷涂反射隔热涂料的应用效果

摘要

分析了彩钢板屋顶高大平房仓喷涂太阳热反射隔热涂料对仓顶温度、仓温、粮温的影响，为彩钢板屋顶高大平房仓控温储粮寻找一种有效方法。试验结果表明，喷涂太阳热反射隔热涂料对控制彩钢板屋顶高大平房仓仓温效果明显，同时可以达到延缓仓顶彩钢板老化、改善仓内工作环境和节能减排的目的。%The paper analyzed the effect of solar heat reflective insulation coatings in large ware house roof on roof temperature ,storage temperature ,grain temperature ,which is to find an effecient method for grain storage by temperature control technology in colored roof big warehouse .The results showed that spraging reflective heat insulation coating can control storage temperature in colored roof big warehous effectively , meanwhile can delay aging of colored steel ,improve environment in warehouse ,and cut down emission as w ell as save energy .
