The device, for opening a roof element (100) of the fish pond (P), consists of jack (400), with the end of the rod (410) linked by a pivot to the roof element, and the base of the jack body (420) linked by a pivot to the edge (200) of the fish pond. The jack operates to produces a rotating movement (Arrow B) of the roof panel, around the edge (110a) of the roof adjacent to the jack.
