Research on construction technology of color steel plate roof in situ profiling and installation

摘要

The traditional construction method of color steel plate roof is prone to a lot of quality issues. Based on the principle of saving labor costs and reducing damage to semi-finished material, this paper adopts new construction technology of situ profiling and installation according to the characteristics of the color steel roof construction. This paper introduces the three key technologies and the application principles. Through the construction technological process and operation points, this research paper studies the new technology in detail. The technology breaks through the traditional construction method, improves the color steel plate roof's construction quality and durability, shortens the construction period, and saves construction cost. It is more secure and environmentally friendly than traditional method. At last, the application instance proved that the new technology has practical value, and achieves good economic and social benefits.
