电子束对赤拟谷盗成虫辐照效应研究

摘要

采用电子束辐照处理赤拟谷盗Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)成虫，研究在辐照剂量分别为120、180、300、420、500和1200 Gy的6个处理后虫体内脂肪酸种类及相对含量变化。通过GC-MS分析结果表明，赤拟谷盗成虫体内的脂肪酸主要为肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸。结果表明：受电子束辐照后赤拟谷盗成虫脂肪酸种类都未出现变化，但相对含量变化明显。%　　Fatty acid analysis on adults of Tribolium castaneurn(Herbst) was carried out with GC-MS method after electron beam irradiation in the dosage of 0,120,240,300,420,500 and 1 200 Gy,respectively.The results indicate that the fat acid from Herbst included in nutmeg acid,palmitic acid,oleic acid and stearic acid.Under the condition of high dosage of irradiation electron beam,there is a significant influence on the content of fatty acid of S.oryzae adults,but not for the kinds of fat acids.
