市场化环境下中国黄金行业人才培养探索——中国黄金集团公司人才培养实践分享

         

摘要

随着黄金产品市场化和矿权市场化以及外资的进入,中国黄金行业已不是一个封闭的行业,这就需要人才的积极开拓创新以适应市场变化.已经市场化的黄金行业,企业战略目标的实现越来越重视人力资源战略在企业竞争优势或竞争力获取、发挥中所表现出的核心作用.通过战略性的人力资源管理,保持人才优势,持续地进行战略人力资源的开发,加强员工的培训,提升员工的素质,最终达到增强企业竞争力、实现企业战略规划的目的.因此,如何建立基于未来战略发展的人力资源培养体系已成为黄金行业参与市场竞争的关键要素,结合中国黄金集团公司人才培养与管理体系建设之实践,探索黄金行业人才培养新模式.%With the marketization of gold and mineral right as well as the introduction of foreign capital,gold mining industry has been no longer an enclosed business,which gives rise to a need for comprehensive human resources exploration in order to meet the changing market.To achieve their strategic target under a marketized gold mining industry,companies pay more and more attention to the core role of HR in corporate competitive edge or acquirement and functioning of the competitive strength.By strategic HR management,i.e.,to keep talent advantages,carry out continues strategic HR development,reinforce employee training,and improve employees quality,the objectives of enhancing enterprise competitive strength and achieving strategic plan will be finally realized.Therefore,how to build a HR development system in view of future strategic development is a key factor for gold mining firms to participate market competition.The paper explores the new ways of personnel development in the gold mining industry,with the practice in HR management and system construction in China National Cold Croup Corporation.
