提高某矿山选矿技术经济指标试验研究及生产实践

摘要

针对福建省政和县香炉坪矿业公司选矿厂矿石性质差异较大、磨矿细度较低、药剂制度单一的问题，进行了试验研究及技术改造。在试验研究的基础上，对原工艺流程的磨矿细度和药剂制度进行了调整，以及对磨矿分级流程进行了技术改造。通过生产实践，浮选尾矿中金、银品位分别降低了0．06 g/t、16 g/t，提高了选矿回收率，年可增加企业经济效益500余万元。%In light of the problems such as greatly differed ore properties ,coarse grinding fineness ,and singular reagent system in the ore-dressing plant of Xiangluping mining company in Zhenghe County ,Fujian Province,experi-mental research and technique optimization are carried out .In the end ,based on the experimental research ,the grind-ing fineness and reagent system in the previous process are adjusted ,and the stepped grinding process is optimized .In the production practice,gold and silver grades of flotation tailings are reduced by 0.06 g/t and 16 g/t respectively,and the recovery rate is increased ,creating 5 million yuan more in economical benefits .
