矿业工程科研项目标准化管理与实践研究

摘要

依据某机构矿业工程科研项目标准化管理与实践研究实例,从管理流程标准化、技术和管理标准化、文件资料标准化3个维度进行了系统论述,在总结经验的基础上提出了矿业工程科研项目标准化管理的发展建议.%On the basis of case study in standardized management and practice of mining engineering scientific re -search project by an institution , the subject was systematically discussed from 3 aspects , namely the management process standardization ,technology and management standardization ,and data file standardization .Based on the experi-ence summarized ,the paper put forward the development proposal for the standardized management of scientific re -search projects in mining engineering .
