霍山石斛对甲状腺素致肾阴虚小鼠抗疲劳作用研究

             

摘要

目的 研究霍山石斛对甲状腺素诱导的肾阴虚小鼠抗疲劳作用及机制.方法 84只健康昆明雄性小鼠适应性喂养一周后随机分为空白组,模型组,铁皮石斛组(3 g/kg),霍山石斛A (0. 33 g/kg)、B(1 g/kg)、C(2 g/kg)、D(3 g/kg)四个剂量组,给药14天,除正常组外,其余各组小鼠每天下午给予甲状腺素溶液160 mg/kg,建立小鼠肾阴虚模型,观察霍山石斛对肾阴虚小鼠血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(thiiodothronine,T3)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T4)、乳酸(blood lactic acid,BLA)、游离脂肪酸(free fatty acids,FFA)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、甘油三酯( triglyceride,TG)等的影响.结果 与模型组相比,铁皮石斛和霍山石斛各剂量组能明显缓解小鼠的阴虚状态,霍山石斛A、B剂量组小鼠的体重明显升高(P<0. 05,P<0. 01);铁皮石斛和霍山石斛各剂量组能明显提高小鼠力竭游泳时间(P<0. 01),降低小鼠血清FFA、TG(P<0. 05,P<0. 01),增加肝糖原和肌糖原含量(P<0. 05, P<0. 01),铁皮石斛和霍山石斛B、C、D剂量组能降低血清T3、T4、BLA水平(P<0. 05,P<0. 01),霍山石斛 A 剂量组小鼠的 T4 降低(P<0. 01);霍山石斛 A、B、C 剂量组小鼠的 BUN 明显降低(P<0. 05,P<0. 01).结论 霍山石斛能增强肾阴虚小鼠的运动能力,其作用机制可能与降低代谢速率,延长供能时间有关.%Objective To investigate anti-fatigue effects and the mechanism of Huoshan dendrobium in mice with kidney yin deficiency induced by thyroxine. Methods After feeding adaptively for 1 week, 84 healthy Kunming male mice were divided into normol group, model group, Dendrobium officinale group (3 g/kg), Huoshan dendrobium A dose group (0. 33 g/kg), B dose group (1 g/kg), C dose group (2 g/kg) and D dose group (3 g/kg). After 14 days of administration, except for the normal group, the other groups of mice were given 160 mg/kg of thyroxine solution every afternoon to establish the model of mice with kidney yin deficiency. The effects of Huoshan dendrobium on the triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), blood lactic acid (BLA), free fatty acids (FFA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), triglyceride ( TG ) in serum of kidney yin deficiency mice were observed. Results Compared with the model group, the yin deficiency state in mice of Dendrobium candidum and Huoshan dendrobium groups was significantly relieved. The weight of mice in Huoshan dendrobium A dose and B dose groups was increased obviously (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). The exhausted swimming time of mice in Dendrobium candidum and Huoshan dendrobium groups was significantly increased (P<0. 01), and the content of serum FFA and TG was decreased (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). The content of liver glycogen and myoglycogen in mice were increased. The serum T3, T4, BLA levels in B, C, D dose of Dendrobium candidum and Huoshan dendrobium groups were decreased significantly (P<0. 05, P<0. 01), and the T4 level of mice was also markedly decreased in mice of Huoshan dendrobium A dose group (P<0. 01). Besides the content of BUN in Huoshan dendrobium A, B, C doses groups was markedly decreased (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion Huoshan dendrobium can enhance the motor ability of mice with kidney yin deficiency, and its mechanism may be related to reducing the rate of metabolism and prolonging the time of energy supply.
