将中药十八反分为乌头组、甘草组及藜芦组进行综述.近10年来对于中药十八反的毒理及其物质基础的研究取得了一定的成就,如基于药物代谢酶机制的探讨,对细胞色素P450酶及其同功酶与毒性关系作了研究,充分利用现代药物分析和色谱学技术研究反药配伍前后化学成分的变化,对十八反药物作用于机体后产生毒性的机理和物质基础做了一定探讨,但对配伍后的物质基础变化与毒效之间的关系还没有形成统一认识,尚无突破性进展.如何缩小体内、体外环境的差异及个体体内环境的差异,或许是将来揭示十八反毒理和物质基础的关键.%Traditional Chinese herb eighteen antagonisms were reviewed , divided into Radix Glycyrrhizae group, Radix Aconiti groupand Radix Veratri Nigri group. Recent 10 years research in toxicology and material base of eighteenantagonisms havegot some achievements, such as thediscussionbased on drug metabolizing enzymes mechanism ,the relationship of cytochrome P450 enzymes and toxicity, the change in the chemical composition before and after combination using modern drugsanalysis and chromatographictechnology. But the relationship between the change ofmaterial base and toxic effect after the combination is not unify , there is no breakthrough. How to reduce the difference of inside and outside environment and the individual differences in the body environment, perhaps is the key to reveal thetoxicology and material base of eighteenantagonisms .
