Objective Using epidemiologies! Survey method to identify Alzheimer ' s disease syndrome elements, standardizing the way to name the syndrome by extracting syndrome elements. Methods The; epidemic survey was (lone; in three districts of Taiyuan city to set database, including the; collection of Western medicine information and the; diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. The; data were analyzed to extract syndromes elements objectively. Resurt There were 13 syndrome elements Alzheimer' s disease extracted from the study, namely: Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency,blood stasis, phlegm, qi stagnation, dampness, stagnation of Qi, poison, internal wind, internal fire,yang hyperactivity. There were four elements of disease location,namely, kidney,spleen,heart,liver. Them were 41 different kinds of names after the combination of syndromes and locations, which covered 80% of Alzheimer' s disease. Conclusion The establishment of Alzheimer' s disease syndrome elements and the combination is the feasible way to standardize the method to name the syndromes.%目的 运用流行学调查方法 确定阿尔茨海默病的证候要素,通过证候要素的提取以规范其证候命名.方法 对太原市三地区进行流行学调查,包括西医疾病的信息采集和中医证候四诊信息的采集,建立数据库,进行统计处理,以达到对证候要素提取的客观化.结果 提取出阿尔茨海默病的证候要素13个,即气虚、阳虚、血虚、阴虚、血瘀、痰浊、气郁、内湿、气滞、毒邪、内风、内火、阳亢;病位要素4个,即肾、脾、心、肝,经过"应证组合"证候组合命名41种,涵盖率达80%.结论 阿尔茨海默病证候要素的确立和应证组合是规范证候命名的可行途径.
