对国外新世纪“语文课程标准”的透视与反思

         

摘要

新世纪以来世界各国语文课程标准,结构模式及内容编排各具个性特色,具有代表性的有三种:"能力说"特色;"内容说"与"能力说"兼具特色;"课程设计与评价整合"特色。我国现行《语文课程标准》在结构模式及内容呈现方面都有需要改进之处。突出的问题是:缺乏规范教学内容的"内容标准"和便于操作的"能力标准";忽略母语学习中的重要内容,如词汇语法等;使用者必须在研究解读中改进并完善。%The structure and content designing of standards of language courses is various in different countries.There are 3 typical features,"students' capability regarded","both content and students' capability regarded" and "course and assessment unified".There are several main problems of nowadays Chinese Standards of Language Courses,such as the lack of "content standards" and "students' capability standards",the entire deficiency of main learning field,and ignoring some important aspects of mother language learning,especially vocabulary and grammar.The teachers should keep studying,improving,and using the "Language Courses Standards" in language educating.
