课业负担的学校层面变量研究综述

     

摘要

对中小学课业负担进行科学合理的监测与评价,是落实减负政策的基本前提。本文基于中外相关文献,侧重从学校层面整合出一个概念框架,用以审视和分析那些对学生课业负担状况有影响的多重因素。这些因素大致包含两个层次,其一是课堂教学过程中的教师、课业与考试因素;其二是学校情境中的资源条件、政策制度以及组织氛围等因素。该框架基本涵盖了学校情境的各个方面,但其具体操作化和有效性仍有待检验。%To scientifically and appropriately monitor and assess the Academic burden of primary and secondary school students should be a fundamental step to further implement policies on quality education. Based on a broad scale of relevant liter- atures, this paper synthesized a conceptual framework to analyze the multiple factors within and around school that influenced student~ perceived academic burden. Basically, The framework consists of two sets of factors, the first level refers to those con- cerning characteristics of classroom teaching, homework and assessment; the second level related to contextual factors such as school resources, school polices and organizational environment. This framework almost covers all the important aspects of school- ing process and contexts, however, further study was called to test its analyzing power.
