Objective To establish a content Spectrophotometric method for rapid and accurate for the determination of ginsenosides in foods. Methods: Use of different pretreatment methods on different types of sample pretreatment, ginsenoside content determination by spectrophotometry. Results Ginsenoside in 0μg~100μg with good linearity within the scope, the correlation coefficient was 0.9981 ,the detection limit of lead was 0.0025g/100g, the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 2.36%to 8.56%, the recovery rate was 80.8%~103.3%of standard addition. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, suitable for the content determination of Ginsenoside in foods.%目的:建立一种快速准确的分光光度法测定食品中人参皂苷的含量。方法采用不同前处理方式对不同类型的样品进行预处理,应用分光光度法测定人参皂苷的含量。结果人参皂苷在0μg~100μg范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9981,检出限为0.0025g/100g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.36%~8.56%,加标回收率在80.8%~103.3%之间。结论:该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,适用于测定食品中人参皂苷的含量。
