酒钢2号高炉热风炉热平衡及热效率的计算与分析

摘要

本文通过对酒钢2号高炉3座热风炉的热平衡进行测定，并根据测定结果计算3座热风炉的热效率。通过对热平衡及热效率的分析，指出热风炉现存在的问题，并提出如何解决存在的问题，提高热风炉风温水平的方法。%In this paper, the thermal efficiency of the three hot blast stoves in JISCO No .2 blast furnace (BF) are calculat-ed by results tested and obtained from measurements of the thermal balance in actual production of these hot blast stoves . Several existed question are pointed out through analyzing of the thermal efficiency and thermal balance .Then methods to solve these problems and improve air temperature level are considered too .
