酒钢炼铁厂7＃高炉热风炉自动控制系统应用

摘要

酒钢炼铁厂7＃高炉热风炉在原PLC系统控制的基础上，引进一套自动烧炉专家系统，与原控制系统共同作用，为高炉提供持续优质的高热量热风，同时又节约了能源。通过对自动烧炉专家系统与原热风炉PLC控制系统程序的无缝对接，实现热风炉自动烧炉控制的自由无扰切换，在保证高炉冶炼的同时，又使得热风炉自动控制迈上一个更高的层级。%Based on the original PLCcontrol system in the hot-blast stove for the 7# blast furnace of the 7# ironworks, an expert system for the automatic oven burn-in was introduced in collaboration with the original control system to provide con-stant and excellent high-heat hot blast for the blast furnace and to save energy at the same time.By seamless docking of au-tomatic burn-in oven expert system to the original PLC control system for the hot-blast furnace, free and unperturbed switch-over of the automatic oven burn-in has been realized.Constant supply for the hot blast furnace has been guaranteed, at the same time automatic control system for hot blast furnace has reached for a new level.
