高炉炉体热风主管检修工艺在酒钢7＃高炉中的应用

摘要

The thesis aims to tackle these problems of large workload, short construction and high quality requirements by applying hot blast pipes process on blast furnace.There are many options to choose for the blast furnace body maintenance. Self-made process plans in 7#blast furnace body of JISCO was described in this paper, which makes use of quick dry ce-ramic wear-resistant castable material to improve the shuttering construction so as to promote quality, shorten the work peri-od, ensure security and improve fuel economic benefits.%通过高炉炉体检修中热风主管检修工艺方案解决在高炉炉体的检修中工作量大、检修工期短、质量要求高等问题。在高炉炉体检修中，可选择的方案比较多。本文中主要阐述酒钢7＃高炉中检修工艺自编方案，本方案通过在管道中浇筑快干陶瓷耐磨浇注料，改进支模施工等细节和工艺，从而达到提高质量、缩短工期、确保安全、增进综合经济效益的效果。
