METHOD FOR SETTING DUPLICATE STRUCTURAL FURNACE BODY IN HOT AIR STOVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air stove having duplicate structural furnace body for preventing stress corrosion crack in the furnace body.;SOLUTION: In an iron shell structure in the hot air stove which forms the duplicate structure by arranging an air layer at the outside of the furnace body iron shell forming the hot air stove and surrounding it with this furnace body iron shell, the air layer in the furnace body iron shell, is divided into a plurality of steps in the horizontal direction so that the inside iron shell temperature becomes the one not lower than dew point of gas in contact with the inner surface of the inside iron shell and not higher than the iron shell strength keeping temperature. Further, the respective divided air layers divided into the plurality of steps, are connected with respective pressure equalizing pipes communicated with the hot air stove body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
