摘要

退役运动员的人力资源开发，既是对运动员的补偿，也是因其人力资源形成的特殊过程所必须，还是对其特殊人力资源的可持续运用。开发退役运动员的人力资源，与训练体制密切相关，需要运动员在受训期间就能打下一定的文化基础。退役后，借助制度保障和一定的开发体系、开发方式，实现再就业。%The development of human resources of retired athletes, is the compensation to athletes, is a must because of its special process of manpower resource, and is also the sustauahle use of the special human resources.
