优化“体教结合”后备人才培养模式之探索研究--以晋江市业余体校实践为例

With the literature method and expert interview method , In Jinjiang city Children and teenagers sports school and their ten sports training base of reserve personnel training present situation as the research object , the Jinjiang optimize the mode of "combination"study, research shows that: the biggest characteristic of optimized model is that the coaches dispatching to the trainingbase for coaching , solves the problems that exist in the process of traditional sports school training and teaching .Research on how to maintain and develop in the future jinjiang sports theoretical Suggestions are put forward .%以晋江市少体校及其十所体育训练基地的后备人才培养现状为研究对象，采用文献资料法与专家访谈法，对晋江市优化“体教结合”模式进行研究，研究表明：优化模式最大的特点在于，将教练员下派到各个训练基地进行执教，解决了传统体校训练、教学过程中存在的难题。研究针对今后如何保持和发展晋江市体育事业提出理论性建议。
