The associations, a growing social force, as a form of cultural transmission and carrier, have a strong sense of autonomy, providing a platform for people's active participation in She folk sports, playing an important role in the continuity and protection of She folk sports.By means of? documentary method and field work as well as logical analysis and so on, the paper focuses on the functions of the associations in She folk sports from four as-pects—cultural continuity, value delivery, collective interest expression and realization, and ethnic identity.It has a far -reaching significance on continuing cultural history and promoting sustainable development of She folk sports.%社团作为一股日益增长的社会力量，作为文化传播的形式和载体，具有较强的自主性，为畲民积极主动参与畲族民间体育提供一个平台渠道，在畲族民间体育的传承与保护中发挥重要作用。采用文献资料、实地考察与逻辑分析等研究方法，探讨社团组织在畲族民间体育文化传承、价值传递、集体利益聚集、表达和实现与族群认同等方面功能，对延续民族文化血脉，推进畲族民间体育持续发展，具有深远意义。
