番鸭呼肠孤病毒在番鸭体内的动态分布和排毒规律

     

摘要

应用RT-PCR技术检测番鸭呼肠孤病毒在人工感染番鸭体内的动态分布和排毒规律.结果显示在感染后ld可在肝、脾脏、法氏囊、胸腺和盲肠扁桃体中检出病毒RNA,表明病毒首先入侵免疫器官;随后其他器官中逐渐检测到病毒.高峰期为攻毒后7~14 d,所有器官中均能检测到病毒,此时也是病毒感染发病最严重的时间.感染后14 d,在肺和脑中不能检测到病毒;感染后25 d在肾和胰腺中不能检测到病毒;感染后28 d心和盲肠扁桃体中不能检测到病毒;感染后32 d所有器官中均不能检测到病毒.攻毒5d后,即可在喉头和泄殖腔棉拭子中检测到DRV RNA,而在14d后未能检出DRV RNA,表明番鸭接种强毒株后5d开始向外界排毒,而14 d后停止向外界排毒.%Dynamic distribution and excretion of muscovy duck reovirus in the challenged duckings was detected by RT-PCR. 7-day-old muscovy ducklings were challenged with muscovy duck reovirus. Viral RNA could be detected in the liver, spleen, bursa, thymus and ceacal tonsil at the 1" day of challenged, which indicated the virus invade the immune organs first. And then other organs could detect with MDRV RNA. Its peak time was at the 7-14th day of challenged when the morbidity and mortality were most serious. At the 14th day, virus was not detected in lung and brain. At the 25th day, virus was not detected in kidney and pancreas. At the 28th day, there was no virus detected in heart and ceacal tonsil. At the 32th day, there was no virus detected in all organs. At the 5th day of challenge, the viral RNA was detected in the cotton swab of throat and cloaca until 14 days, which indicated that the challenged Muscovy Ducklings start to excretion the virus at 5th day of challenge and stop at 14th day.
