几种杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病菌的毒力及田间防效的研究

     

摘要

采用菌丝生长速率法测定6种杀菌剂以及腐霉利与福美双混配对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制作用,并测定7种杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病菌的田间药效.结果表明,百菌清、异菌脲、腐霉利对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制作用较强,其中百菌清的抑制作用最强,EC50为0.52mg· L-1;腐霉利和福美双原药以5∶1、1∶3、1∶5混配后对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长抑制作用的共毒系数(CTC)分别为121.44、124.22、128.46,均表现为增效作用.田间药效试验结果表明,50%腐霉利WP 562.5 g· hm-2、25%啶氧菌酯SC 112.5 g·hm-2、50%啶酰菌胺WG 300 g·hm-2 3种杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病防治效果较好,防效均在75%以上.%Toxicity of 6 fungicides and co-toxicities between procymidone and thiram on Botrytis cinerea were determined by measuring the growth rate of mycelia,and the control efficiency of 7 fungicides against grey mould of tomato in the field were also studied.The results showed that chlorothalonil,iprodione and procymidone have higher toxicity to the fungus,and chlorothalonil has the best toxicity (EC50 =0.516 6 mg · L-1).The synergism between procymidone and thiram with different mixing ratios (5 ∶ 1,1 ∶ 3 and 1 ∶ 5) were 121.44,124.22 and 128.46 indicated by CTCs respectively.Furthermore,the field control efficacy of pocymidone 50% WP (562.5 g · hm 2),picoxystrobin 25%SC (112.5 g · hm-2),boscalid 50%WG (300 g · hm z) were all above 75%.
