摘要

[目的]为了调查对鳞翅目害虫具有高毒力苏云金杆菌YN1-1菌株的生物学特性.[方法]分析YN1-1菌株晶体蛋白的SDS-PAGE电泳图谱,调查YN1-1菌株对几种鳞翅目害虫的室内药效及田间防效.[结果]YN1-1菌株的伴孢晶体具菱形结构;其原毒素蛋白分子量为136 kDa,经胰蛋白酶处理后水解为63 kDa的活性毒素蛋白.室内药效试验结果,用YN1-1菌株处理小菜蛾与菜青虫时,其药效比商品苏云金杆菌(WP)更好;在田间防效上,YN1-1菌株的虫口减退率也比商品苏云金杆菌(WP)更高.[结论] YN1-1菌株具有优良的开发潜力.%[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the biological characteristics of a Bacillus thuringiensis strain YN1-1,which has high virulence to Lepidoptera spp.[Method] The crystal protein of YN1-1 was analyzed by SDS-PAGE,and its indoor and field efficacy for Lepidoptera spp.was investigated.[Result] The parasporal crystal of YN1-1 has a diamond-like structure.The molecular weight of the original toxin protein is 136 kDa.After trypsin treatment,the original toxin protein was hydrolyzed into active toxin protein with molecular weight of 63 kDa.For Plutella xylostella and Pieris rapae,the indoor efficacy of B.thuringiensis was better than that of commercial B.thuringiensis (WP).In view of field efficacy,the insects reduced rate of YN1-1 strain was higher than that of commercial B.thuringiensis (WP).[Conclusion] YN1-1 strain has excellent development potential.
