基子挣值法的市政工程项目三要素集成管理的应用研究

摘要

项目集成管理是整个近代项目管理中最为系统的集成管理内容。考虑工程质量因素，运用层次分析法，构建模糊综合质量评价体系，基于挣值法，对市政工程项目进行工期、成本、质量三个核心要素进行集成管理，最后通过某工程实例对三要素集成管理进行探讨。%The Project Integration Management is the most systematic integration management content of project management in modem history.Considering that analytic hierarchy process, the system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built.Based on earned value ,the time, cost and quality of municipal engineering is carried on integration mamagement. At last, the integration management is discussed by some engineering project.
