挣值法在工程项目进度成本集成控制中的应用研究

摘要

In engineering construction,earned value method,a very common method used for cost integrated control,is more and more use in practice.The reason to make it have a wide range of application is mainly based on two reasons.On the one hand it can control the project progress,on the other hand,can save the engineering cost.Therefore the paper introduces the earned value method,use the real case to analyze its related ideas,analyze the application of the earned value method in engineering deeply so as to optimize construction cost and speed up construction progress.%在工程施工中，一种极为普遍的用来控制成本集成控制的方法—挣值法越来越多地在实践中加以运用，之所以使其受到广泛的应用，主要是基于两个原因，一方面是能够对工程的进度加以控制，另一方面，能节约工程成本。为此，文章把挣值法引入工程施工中，并采用了实例分析法的相关思路，深入地分析挣值法在工程中的应用，以便使工程施工优化成本，加快工程建设进度。
