中小城市公交线网规划方法的探索

         

摘要

According to the traffic problems and the urban spatial structure changes during the development of small and medium cities, the bus passenger flow was predicted in three stages, i. e. , trip generation, distribution and traffic assignment. According to the principles and ideas of the public transportation network planning, the public transportation network structure is divided into three levels, i. e. , inter--area skeleton lines, frame lines and the basic line in the area. The new public transportation network planning was made considering the land use and the convenience of traveling of urban resident, which focus on the improvement of the bus routes in the urbanized area, the joint between the inter city bus routes, as well as between the bus terminus and train stations. The evaluation of the public transportation network planning of Luoyuan county showed that it has covered overall city and the main functional land used that affectes the travelling of residents. This planning is in a good coordination with the overall urban planning.%针对中小城市发展过程中出现的交通问题及城市空间结构变化,从生成预测、分布预测、分配预测三阶段对公交客流进行预测。分析了中小城市公交线网规划的原则和思路,将公交线网结构分为片区间骨架线路、片区内骨架线路、片区内基本线路三个层次,提出从土地利用和城市居民出行方便角度考虑公交线网规划,重点考虑城区内部公交线路的完善、城区间公交线路的衔接、客运站点及铁路停靠站公交线路的衔接。最后结合罗源县城市公交线网规划情况对方案进行评价,结果表明规划方案总体上覆盖了城市与影响居民出行的主要功能性用地,与城市总体规划协调较好。
