Architecture typology has not only epistemological significance but also methodological basis.For issues of current architectural design teaching of low-grade,the paper discussed meaning and possibility of teaching students systematically and scientifically by using methods of architecture typology.And cited two cases to be analyzed.%建筑类型学不仅具有认识论的意义还具有方法论的基础,本文针对目前低年级建筑设计教学的问题,探讨在教学中采用建筑类型学的方法对学生进行系统、科学地教学的意义与可能性。并试举两例加以分析。
