建筑策划探索——记长沙市象屿·优山美地项目建筑策划

摘要

It is the common issue that how we can do the project well,to developers,design units and sale agents,we have a real project to analysis and hope it is useful for the reader in the future.This project is based in Changsha of Hubei province,it is called Changsha Xiangyu · Yosemite,we did a detail survey and judgment of the Changsha real estate market and the consumer groups who have the desire of buying houses,and also projects topography of the terrain analysis,the surrounding environment research.We get the project's market standard and product level grade,based on the research,site layout and innovative apartment layout were designed,constitute unique product competitiveness.Through Changsha Xiangyu Yosemite project I try to describe architecture planning in the early stage of planning work,provide some useful info and reference to the architecture planning.%如何做好项目,是开发商、设计单位以及销售代理单位共同关心的问题。长沙象屿.优山美地项目通过对长沙市场和消费客群的详细调查和研判,以及项目地形条件、周边环境的分析和研究,形成项目的市场定位和产品定位,在此基础上进行总平规划和创新的户型设计,塑造产品的独特竞争力。本文以长沙象屿.优山美地项目为例对于建设项目的前期策划工作进行阐述,以期业内对建筑策划有更深入的认知。
