含油脂食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的前处理及其GC-MS测定方法

         

摘要

建立了15种邻苯二甲酸酯的提取-固相萃取净化-气相色谱/质谱检测分析方法。讨论了含油脂食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的提取、净化方法,优化了色谱分离条件。研究表明,该前处理方法具有较高的净化效率,且缩短了整个检验所需时间;15种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法线性范围为50~2000μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999,加标样品在200μg/L和2000μg/L两个浓度水平下,相对标准偏差在1.1%~11.2%范围,除邻苯二甲酸二甲酯较低外,样品加标回收率均在70%~120%之间。检测限在0.07~1.2μg/L范围(S/N=3)。%A method for pre-treament and determination of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) in food contaning fat by GC-MS was developed.PAEs were first extracted,then purified by SPE process.The residues were determined by GC-MS.The pre-treament method can shorten total testing time because of its high purification efficiency.The standard curves of PAEs showed linearity in the range of 50~2000μg /L with correlation coefficients more than 0.999.Except DMP,recoveries of PAEs were in the range of 70%~120% with relative standard deviations of less than 11.2% at the spiked levels of 200μg/L and 2000μg/L.The detection limits(S/N=3) were in the range of 0.07~1.2μg/L.
