微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定中药中的砷和硒

             

摘要

Atomic fluorescence spectrometry with micro-wave assisted sample digestion was applied to the determination of arsenic and selenium. Detection limits of As and Se were found to be 0.083μg/L and 0.127μg/L. Linear relationships between the fluorescence intensity and concentration of As and Se were found in the ranges of 0-200 μ g/L and 0-100 μ g/L respectively. The method was used to determine arsenic and selenium in Chinese Traditional Medicine. Values of RSD ( n = 5 ) found for both elements were less than 3.6 %, and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the ranges of 95.2%-102.8% (for As) and 94.5%-104.8% (for Se).%建立了微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定中药中砷和硒含量的方法。该方法测定砷和硒的检出限分别为0.087μg/L-0.123μg/L,荧光强度与砷及硒的质量浓度在0-200μg/L2及0—100μg/L范围内呈线性关系。用于中药中砷和硒的测定,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3.6%,砷的回收率在95.2%-102.8%之间,硒的回收率在94.5%~104.8%之间。
