焦化苯加氢精制工艺萃取溶剂分析评价

摘要

介绍了国内焦化粗苯精制工艺情况，从溶剂的角度分析了不同工艺的特点，对萃取精馏技术中的溶剂NFM、SUL－COS应用进行了比较，提出了工艺选择的建议。萃取精馏工艺投资低，设备单元数少，产品污染风险小，回收率和产品纯度高，能耗和操作费用低，原料适应性宽，更适合焦化苯精制工艺使用。%This paper introduces the present situation of coking benzene refining process in China, analyzes the features of different processes with respect of solvent,compares the effect of NFM and SUL-COS in extractive distillation process,and provides suggestion on process selection.Extractive distillation process is more suitable for coking benzene refining for its advantages of low investment, less equipment unit,lower pollution risk,high recovery rate and production purity,less energy con-sumption and operation cost,and good adaptability of raw material.
