粗苯加氢精制工艺中萃取精馏系统的优化

摘要

针对粗苯加氢工艺中萃取精馏系统分离效果变差的现象，将原F－1浮阀塔盘升级为CJST高效塔盘。塔盘改造后，塔顶芳烃质量改善，萃取塔液位波动现象消失，保证了生产的稳定运行。%In view of the worse separation performance of extraction distillation column , the existing F-1 valve tray is replaced with high-efficiency CJST tray .After the optimization , the aromatic hydrocarbon on top of the column improves in quality and extraction column liquid level fluctuation vanishes so that stable production can be guaranteed .
