胰腺癌分子靶向治疗的研究进展

摘要

胰腺癌是当今第七大致死性恶性肿瘤.肿瘤治疗日新月异,但在胰腺癌方面却进展寥寥.本文回顾了与胰腺癌相关的分子信号通路及相关靶向药物在临床试验和实验研究进展,以助于了解胰腺癌的分子靶向治疗的现状和未来发展趋势.%Pancreatic cancer is the seventh most common cause of cancer deaths worldwide.Although more and more progress of oncotherapy has been achieved in recent years,very few progress has been achieved in pancreatic cancer.This review summarizes the molecular signaling pathway and relevant targeting drug,their recent clinical and experimental findings of this disease.It also presents the situation and future development of targeting treatment in pancreatic cancer.
