致中国物理学界建议书

摘要

本文指出了理论物理学在微观和宏观两个方面都已经走入死胡同,并从其理论,哲学和方法论上分析了根源.文章指出,国际理论物理学陷入不可克服的困境,正是中国跳出泥潭,在科学上赶超西方,实现科学强国的历史机遇.作者建议中国物理学界立即断然冲破粒子物理和大爆炸宇宙学标准模型的理论框架,探索新的道路,建立中华学派,引领世界理论物理潮流,并提出了策略选择.作者认为,理论物理的出路在实验核物理和凝聚态物理,必须立即大力展开核同位素稳定性的普查和实验数据的原始积累,以求解开微观理论之谜并寻求能源危机的彻底解决.%In this article it has been pointed out that the theoretical physics has run into a dead end in both microscopic and macroscopic theories,and analyzed the theoretical,philosophical and methodological origin of it.It is pointed out that the stalemate facing the international physics community is a historical opportunity for China to free itself from the trap,overtake the West,and strengthen the country with advanced science.The author suggests that the Chinese physics community resolutely break away from the theoretical framework of the standard model of particle physics and Big Bang cosmology,search for new approach,establish the Chinese School,leader the trend of physics worldwide,and has postulated the strategic options.The author believes that the hope of breakthrough of physics rests on the experimental nuclear physics and condensed matter physics,and that it is imperative to immediately engage into the survey of the stability of the nuclear isotopes and accumulate the data,and solve the enigma of microscopic physics and find an ultimate solution to the energy crisis.
