In the present invention, when a UE confirms the need to bundle a generated acknowledge/non acknowledge response (ACK/NACK) message, a preset integration method is employed in the ACK/NACK message bundling, a power offset corresponding to the number of PUCCH bearer bits is confirmed on the basis of the bundling method, and an emission power of the PUCCH is then confirmed. Employment of the present invention allows for an improved logicality in the confirmation of the UE emission power.
