“国培计划”实施需要协调好六种关系

         

摘要

“国培计划”旨在重点支持中西部农村教师培训,显著提高农村教师队伍素质,促进教育公平。“国培计划”在实施中面临需要协调的六种关系:培训对象遴选上“锦上添花”与“雪中送炭”的关系;培训落实中各相关利益主体之间的关系;培训“菜单”的“营养”与“美味”的关系;培训效果期待上“短视”与“远视”的关系;培训课程开发的“维护”与“更新”的关系;培训质量评估中的“定量”与“定性”的关系。“国培计划”进一步有效推进,必须正视上述六对关系,理性分析这些关系,在实践中不断地去协调这些关系,让“国培计划”更多地惠及农村、惠及普通教师。%"National teacher training plan" aims to support teacher training rural Midwest, significantly improve the quality of rural teachers, to promote fairness in education."National teacher training plan"face six kinds of relationship coordination in the implementation of the training object selection:"icing on the cake"and"timely assistance";the relationship between training in the implementation of all the main stakeholders;training"menu" "nutrition" and "delicious"; the training effect expect "short-sighted" and "farsightedness"; training curriculum development "maintenance" and "update"; assessment of training quality of "quantitative" and "qualitative"relationship."National teacher training plan"to further promote effectively, must face up to the six pairs of relations, rational analysis of these relationships, in practice constantly to coordinate these relations, let"National teacher training plan"more benefit, benefit ordinary teachers in rural areas.
