A color annual ring image segmentation algorithm is presented based on the watershed algorithm and the regional growing algorithm. First, the watershed algorithm is used to detect the edge to obtain the approximate regional distribution of the color annual ring image and then seed points are obtained automatically by integrating regional colors and spatial information to realize regional growth. The segmentation result shows that the method can help obtain clearer annual ring's edges faster.%提出了一种基于分水岭算法和区域生长算法相结合的彩色年轮图像分割算法,首先采用分水岭算法检测边缘,得到彩色年轮图像的大致区域分布,然后结合区域颜色和空间信息自动获得种子点,实现区域生长。分割结果表明,该方法能够更加快速地获得清晰的年轮边缘。
