我国农村社会养老保险制度改革探析

摘要

The main obstacle to the reformation of rural social pension insurance system in China was expounded from three aspects of system management, implementation and persand individuals. The factors resulting in obstacles were analysed from reg-ulation, economic system and ideological concepts, meanwhile the improvement suggestion was proposed from aspects of imple-mentation principles, legislation, system integration and fund management.%从制度管理、执行推广、农民个人3个方面阐述了我国农村社会养老保险制度改革的主要障碍,从法律法规、经济体制、思想观念等3个方面分析了这些障碍的成因,从推行原则、法规、制度整合及基金管理等方面提出了进一步完善的建议.
