交通肇事案件中橡胶物证的检验

         

摘要

橡胶是常见物证之一,可为交通肇事及刑事案件的侦破提供线索和证据。本文探索橡胶裂解的气相色谱-质谱分析条件,并以所建立方法和扫描电镜-X 射线能谱法对一起交通肇事案件中的橡胶物证进行检验。通过比较检材和样本以及不同样本间橡胶胶料和无机元素的异同,实现检材和样本的比对认定,并发现不同轮胎的胎面胶、胎侧胶成分各不相同,甚至同一轮胎的胎面胶和胎侧胶成分也有差异。这对橡胶物证比对样本的提取具有指导价值,为案件的审理和诉讼提供了客观依据。%Rubber, one of the common evidential substances, can provide strong clues and supportive evidence for relevant cases of traffic accident and criminal offence. Here, based on the analytic conditions established for rubber determination with Py-GC/MS, the rubber samples from a traffic accident were analyzed with Py-GC/MS and SEM-EDX, respectively. By comparison of both the characteristics and inorganic elements among different rubber samples, the identification of the samples was achieved. The difference was found between the tread rubber and the sidewall rubber from either various tires or even the same tire. The obtained results offered guidance for the extraction of rubber evidence, supplying a substantive reliance for the inquisition and litigation of the case.
