The international financial crisis has triggered economic turbulence all over the world .For a long time, China’ s de-velopment model characterized in lack of domestic demand , high dependence on foreign trade and foreign demand -driven eco-nomic growth, which resulted in many problems .Through the explanation on the development status as well as problems in Chi-na’ s domestic and external demands , this article analyzes the reasons on the uneven development between them .On this ba-sis, several countermeasures has been put forward such as to develop a reasonable distribution system , improve the social secu-rity system, maintain a reasonable investment growth rate and change the trade -growth model.%国际金融危机引发了世界各国经济的动荡，我国长期以来内需不足、外贸依存度过高、经济增长主要靠外需拉动的发展模式所产生的问题开始凸显。通过对我国内需与外需发展现状及问题的阐述，深入探析我国内外需发展失衡的原因，并在此基础上提出要制定合理的分配制度、健全社会保障体系、保持合理的投资增长速度、转变贸易增长方式等对策建议。
