研究大豆皂甙对小鼠H22肝癌细胞的影响.以HB22荷瘤小鼠为模型,灌胃10、20、30 mg/kg·d的SS-Ⅱ20 d后均可显著抑制HB22B移植瘤的生长;摄入适量的SS-Ⅱ能降低HB22B荷瘤小鼠肝脏中MDA含量,并增强SOD活性;肿瘤组织切片病理学观察也表明SS-Ⅱ有明显的抗肿瘤生物学效应.结果表明,SS-Ⅱ能够抑制HB22B移植瘤的生长,提高B荷瘤小鼠抗氧化能力是其抗肿瘤的作用机制之一.%The effect of soyasaponins on hepatocarcinoma 22 cells was studied by using the HB22B-bearing mice was found that SS-Ⅱ could significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted HB22 Btumor. In addition, a significant increase in SOD activity and a significant decrease in MDA content were also observed. The pathology observation of tumor tissue sections showed that SS-Ⅱ had obvious anti-tumor effect. The results revealed that SS-Ⅱ could inhibit the growth of transplanted H22tumor and the improved antioxidant capability of HB22B-bearing mice might be a mechanism of the effect.
