摘要

Thermoluminescence detection method became one commonly used method of irradiated food, because TL has the advantages of high sensitivity and wide range of applications. This method is also often used to verify the results of other detections of irradiated food. Therefore TL detction method play an important role in the filed of irradiated food detection. This article introduced the principle, application status, application range, advantages and disadvantages of thermoluminescence, and provided a reference for the detection of irradiated food.%  热释光检测法因具有检测灵敏度高、适用范围广的优点而成为一种常用的辐照食品检测方法。该方法也被用来验证其他辐照食品检测法的结果,在辐照食品检测领域占有重要地位。本文介绍了热释光检测法的原理、国内外应用现状、适用范围、检测方法和优缺点,为辐照食品的检测提供参考。
