龙眼核黄酮的微波提取工艺

     

摘要

Microwave method was used to extract flavonoids from longan seed.On the basis of single factor experiments,orthogonal test was used.The results showed that the orders of parameters affecting extraction efficiency were alcohol content,microwave power,the ratio of material and liquid and extraction time. The optimal conditions of extraction were obtained as follows:alcohol content 45%,the ratio of material and liquid 1∶20,microwaveextractiontime150 sandmicrowavepower560W.Inthiscase,therateofextractionwas3.78%.%  采用微波法对龙眼核中黄酮类化合物进行提取,在单因素分析的基础上,采用正交优化试验,结果表明,影响龙眼核黄酮微波提取主要因素为乙醇浓度,其次为微波提取功率、料液比和微波时间.微波提取的最佳工艺条件为提取剂乙醇浓度为45%,料液比1∶20,微波加热时间150 s,微波功率560 W,在此条件下总黄酮提取率为3.78%.
